Retiree Chapter Meeting
March 10, 2025
Local 3005 Retiree Chapter held its quarterly meeting on Monday March 10, 2025 with nearly 40 members in attendance including Local President Jeff Liebenau, Plant Chairperson Michelle Neyron and RHTF administrator AJ Mcaulay.
Retirees had a chance to debate, modify, and vote approval of a set of by-laws for the Chapter. Once the final approved copy of the bylaws are ready for publication they will be uploaded and available on this website.
Members also had a chance to hear reports about our RHTF plan as well as the current state of Magellan, which has started construction on the west part of building 2. There are about 330 Union brothers and sisters currently employed at Magellan.
The RHTF is undergoing an audit process in advance of our tax return filing for 2024, as well as an actuarial review of the plan. Hopefully we will have something new to report about this before our next meeting in June.
